As far as I know, this monitor handles one resolution only at only one frequency. If you intend to use this monitor, don't expect to ever see a DOS prompt or so or a PC boot screen. Those operate at different resolutions.
The sync is also odd. It is mixed in the green channel, hence the name "Sync on Green". Everyday video card have a seperate sync channels/pins. The use of a sync-on-green-converter is a must to let this monitor work on a PC. Actually, there are/were a few who created video boards with a sync-on-green possibility. Supposedly the Matrox Millenium has it. A converter is made pretty quickly: use google on "sync on green converter" or so and many results will popup. For example this link (local copy). I bought two converters from lintec in Denmark by the way, nice thingies, but expensive.
All in all a nice 19" monitor, but keep a VGA-compatible monitor ready ;-).
